Here we have a Brand New professionally finished off 427SC Cobra replica looking for a proud new owner. This car is originally a Can-Am Cobra which features a Multi-tube Frame with dropped floor pans, making this one of the most comfortable cars on the market today! This car is powered by a professionally built Hi-performance Ford 351 Windsor (400+ HP), Tremec TR3550 Heavy-duty 5-Speed manual transmission with Centerforce clutch. Rear suspension is a Ford 9-inch with Moser Alloy axles and 3:73 gears which offers the perfect combination for good acceleration and highway cruising.
Suspension is adjustable Coil Over shocks and Disc brakes on all four corners. Wheels are American Racing Torque Thrust for that era correct appearance. Side pipes and Headers are Ceramic coated in Bright Silver and Quick-jacks are polished Titanium.
Cooling is an Aluminum radiator with pull fan, twin 9-inch Cobra-style push fans, Oil cooler system and adjustable thermostat. The car runs at a stable temperature and not prone to overheating.
Interior is a combination of Black Leather and Vinyl, Black Carpeting in cockpit and trunk cavity. Gauges are the correct Autometer Cobra series with reverse 180mph Speedo and all of the OEM Cobra trim parts you would expect from a properly built replica. There are a lot of other extras you simply won’t find on most and this car needs to be seen to be fully appreciated.
I built this car with the intention of not being embarrassed by owning a poor-looking clone, and the new owner will also appreciate this. The car handles exceptionally well and surpassed my expectations, looks great and has only 85 miles on the clock.
Needless to say, I have substantially more invested than I’m asking for and my car is priced to sell quickly and painlessly for both parties. I welcome all serious inquiries and reasonable offers and am asking only $42,000 for this outstanding Cobra replica.
Please call Dwight at home at (604)466-8812 or on my Cell at (604)880-2304.
You can also check out other Can-Am Cobras to get a better idea of what my car is all about, go to www.wolfzterproject.com and have a look.
I’m selling my Shell Valley Cobra, professionally built by Great Lakes Legends back in 2003. This car has been garage kept and has less than 500 miles on it and is practically new. I have a Removable Hardtop option that is included with the car as well as a whole bunch of other neat items used in the manufacture of the car, there are really too many to list. Below is a summary of what this car is about.
Body & Frame: 427SC Body with Kevlar and Coremat reinforcement, underbody is painted in gloss black, 2x4” Heavy-Duty Platform Chassis powder-coated in Black.
Suspension: Front features Tubular Control Arms, Rear is Triangulated 4-link with Polished Aluminum Radius Rods, Polished Aluminum Coil-Over shocks all around and 11-inch Vented Rotors on all four wheels. The Rear end is a 9-inch Ford unit with Detroit Locker, Moser Axles and 3:55 Gears, built to handle serious power.
Driveline: The heart of my Cobra is a Ford Racing GT-40 302 Crate Engine that produces 385hp, enough to keep a smile on your face! Transmission is a 5-Speed unit with integral shifter and cooling is through an Aluminum Radiator and 16-inch Electric Fan.
Cobra Trim: This car has Chrome Sidepipes and Headers, Heat Shields for the sidepipes, all of the Cobra OEM goodies including a Shelby-style Rollbar X-Brace, Stainless Steel Side Louvers, Heater/Defrost Unit with Chrome Demisters, Polished Aluminum Steering Column with and OEM Cobra Signal Switch, Wood grain Steering Wheel, Wood grain Glovebox, Dash painted the body colour, Chrome Rollbar and Polished Stainless Steel Bumpers. The Seats and Door Panels are stitched Leather with Black Carpeting throughout the Cockpit and Trunk liner. Safety restrains are 3” 5-point Harnesses and seats are mounted on Adjustors for driver/passenger comfort. The wheels are Cobra Knock-off replica style with Cooper Cobra tires, 235-60-15 Front and 295-50-15 Rears.
The car has been fun to own and looks stunning, a real attention-getter that a new owner will truly appreciate.
I’m asking $69,000 and will consider any reasonable offer. If you are seriously interested, please call Mike at (519)676-1100 or email at mikeb@ciaccess.com for any questions or more information.

Here we have a nicely finished and sharp looking Cobra for sale. This car was patiently and meticulously assembled over a long period of time with no short cuts taken to create an authentic looking replica that’s fun to drive and also reliable!
The base kit originated from BRA in England and is not of typical kit car quality, the chassis is a ladder design that uses Jaguar front and rear suspension, manual steering rack and a superbly engineered Braking system.
The engine is a 425hp 351 Ford Windsor that was professionally built for me and included a full machining treatment, Magnafluxing, Balancing, Blueprinting and Hi-performance parts as follows:
Engine Block- magnafluxed, deck height checked and surfaced. Cylinders bored to +30 and honed to suit the Sealed Powered hypereutectic pistons and moly rings. Main bearing journals line-honed. New cam bearings fitted. Lifter bores polished. All bolt hole threads chased.
Crankshaft- magnafluxed, ground and polished .010" undersized (Main and Rod journals) and Oil holes chamfered.
Con rods- Magnafluxed, alignment checked and Resized with High-tensile bolts fitted.
Heads- Dart 2 Performance with the combustion chamber capacity checked, minor grinding required to balance. 1.600" exhaust and 2.020" intake valves fitted with faces back cut 30 degrees. Valve pockets and ports blended to the valve seats. Screw-in rocker studs and push rod guide plates installed.
Valve train- Crane CCH-286-2-NC camshaft and high-intensity lifters, poly locks, chrome moly push rods, matched springs, retainer plates, hardened keepers and 1.6 ratio Roller Rockers, all from Sealed Power.
High-volume Oil pump and Performance timing set fitted, both from Sealed Power.
Hayes performance 10.5" clutch, pressure plate and throw out bearing fitted.
Induction- Edelbrock Torker 2 Aluminum Intake manifold and a Holley 750 CFM Carb with vacuum secondaries.
Ignition- Accell Super coil and 8mm silicon HT leads. Mallory dual point distributor with mechanical advance.
Transmission is a Ford Toploader 4-Speed.
The Cobras’ Interior and Trunk Cavity was lined with a heat and noise reducing ‘English felt’ and covered with Wilton Wool carpeting, the Seats, Console and Doors are covered in Connoly Leather hide. The original AC cars (as well as Rolls-Royce) use both these types of material to finish their cars. Both the Drivers and Passenger Seats are on adjustment rails for comfort settings.
The wheels are 3-piece style ‘Compomotive’ Cobra Replica alloys with spinners and Goodyear ‘Gatorback’ rubber.
The car handles very well and has a perfect balance of smooth and firm feel to it. I was able to put it to the test at the Knox Mountain Hill climb and was very pleased with the results. This car has been good to me and I’m hard pressed to sell, it has been well looked after and parked in a heated Garage all of its’ life. I have lots invested in time and money and am looking for an appreciative new owner.
I’m asking $58,000 and will consider any reasonable offers from serious buyers. If you have any questions or need some more info, please call Colin at (250)764-4147 or e-mail cjordan@telus.net.
